We are seeking motivated and energetic Sales Executives to promote Personal Loan and Credit Card products for one of the leading Islamic banks in the UAE. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic financial services environment and grow your career in retail banking.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively promote and sell personal loan and credit card products to individual customers.
- Generate leads through cold calling, outdoor sales, and referrals.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Provide excellent customer service while maintaining Islamic banking values.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports and documentation.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience in retail banking (either in UAE or in home country).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
- Must be currently available in the UAE.
- Knowledge of Islamic finance products is a plus.
Compensation
- Fixed Salary: AED 5,000/month
- Commission & Incentives: Attractive performance-based incentives
- Visa & Medical Insurance: Provided by employer
