Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage IAM infrastructure to clients (24 x 7, 365 days per year) and ensure that service levels are achieved.
- Good knowledge about process / metrics and controls. Ability to create new process and reporting matrices as and when required.
- Identify and implement operational and technical methods for improving the efficiency and quality of processes. Identify the existing gaps and propose optimum solution to address the same.
- Advise the L1 & L2 teams on resolution. Provide technical expertise and handle escalated issues. Mentor L1 & L2 engineers to improve their technical and problem solving skills.
- Good understanding and knowledge on IAM architecture, in-depth product functionality and customization.
- Review periodic performance report on IAM infrastructure and provide guidance on performance tuning and capacity planning.
- Provide recommendation plan to coordinate/support incident response process for remediation
- Perform root cause analysis, trending and reporting for critical incidents
- Develop and Implement Use Cases IAM tasks on new upgrade or integrations.
- Demonstrate technical skills in security architecture review, gap analysis and opportunity to fine-time and/or integrate security technologies
Experience and Academic Qualification
- 10 + years of experience in IT with at least 5 + years in IAM & Security.
- Ability to work at odd hours
- Interested in Technology and Communication.
- Exposure to Windows and Linux.
- The ability to work constructively under pressure.
- Flexibility and ability to work both in a team as well as individually.
- Able to perform knowledge transfer.
- Customer oriented, Service minded.
- Excellent communication skills
- CISSP / CISM certification is an advantage.

- Implementation & Operations knowledge on IAM security tools such as IBM Security Access Manager , IBM Security Identity Manager ,IBM Directory Servers , IBM Websphere Application Server, Directory Integrator , Thales SAS applications , IBM Secret Servers , DB2 Database.
- Very good skill level on IAM related issues and troubleshooting skills.
- Good understanding and knowledge on TDI, WAS and DB2 functions and troubleshooting skills.
- Good skill level on Java and Javascripts , XML , SAML and SOAP .
- Strong knowledge on SSO , Federation concepts.
- Strong knowledge on IAM development activities.
