Magnum Security has earned its reputation as a highly dependable choice for security services within the UAE. We are currently seeking an experienced Security Operations Manager.
We are seeking a highly experienced and SIRA-licensed Security Operations Manager to oversee and manage all security operations across multiple facilities. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, in-depth industry knowledge, and proven expertise in handling large security teams within the Facilities Management sector.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee the daily operations of the security division, ensuring compliance with SIRA regulations and industry standards
- Manage and supervise the lifeguarding division, ensuring certified personnel are deployed at required sites and operations meet safety protocols
- Prepare and manage duty rosters, shift allocations, and leave planning across multiple sites
- Lead initiatives to improve staff morale, conduct welfare programs, and support employee engagement
- Monitor site operations, perform regular inspections, and ensure adherence to health and safety regulations
- Liaise with clients, management, and regulatory authorities to resolve issues and ensure service excellence
- Maintain all security and lifeguard personnel documentation, training records, and incident logs
- Coordinate with HR for recruitment, onboarding, disciplinary actions, and staff evaluations
- Ensure security systems (CCTV, access control, alarms) are properly monitored and maintained
- Handle emergency situations, incidents, and escalations in a professional and timely manner
Requirements :
- Master’s Degree in a relevant field , 10–15 years of total experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role in the FM/security sector
- Manager in SIRA license/certification is mandatory,
- Experience in lifeguarding operations or coordination (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of UAE security laws, emergency response, and risk management
- Experience in preparing rosters, managing shift allocations, and tracking leave balances
- Proven experience in staff welfare, engagement, and retention programs
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills
- Proficient in MS Office, scheduling tools, and basic reporting
Preferred :
- PSPD License (Public Security Police Department) – Added Advantage
- Lifeguard Certification or Lifeguard Management Experience
- Experience handling residential, hospitality, or recreation sector security
- Bilingual (Arabic & English) is a plus
