Roles and Responsibilities will include.
Entrance Management: ID checking and managing guest entry to ensure everyone meets the venue’s age and dress code requirements. Checking event-related tickets.
Crowd Control: Monitor the crowd to prevent overcrowding and ensure safe behavior. Address any disruptive or unruly behavior promptly, safely and effectively.
Conflict Resolution: Handle disputes and conflicts between patrons calmly and professionally. De-escalate situations before they become problematic.
Safety Enforcement: Ensure all safety protocols are followed, including fire regulations and emergency procedures.
Communication: Work closely with colleagues and other staff members to ensure smooth operation and maintain a positive atmosphere. Report any significant issues promptly to management.
Incident Reporting: Report and document any incidents or breaches of policy that occur during your shift.
