Looking for a Security Guard with minimum 02 years of UAE Experience and who can join us Immediately. The duties are maintaining a safe and secure environment for employees, visitors, and premises by patrolling, monitoring surveillance equipment, inspecting buildings, and ensuring adherence to safety procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons to maintain the security of premises.
- Patrol assigned areas regularly to ensure overall safety and detect signs of intrusion or suspicious behavior.
- Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, investigate disturbances, and provide assistance when needed.
- Operate security systems, including CCTV, access control, and communication equipment.
- Report daily activities and irregularities such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences.
- Ensure compliance with company safety and emergency procedures.
- Assist in evacuations, fire drills, and other emergency situations as directed.
- Provide customer service to visitors and employees by answering questions and giving directions.
- Enforce rules and regulations related to the premises to deter unauthorized individuals.
Qualifications & Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven work experience as a security guard or relevant position.
- Good understanding of legal guidelines for area security and public safety.
- Familiarity with report writing.
- Excellent observation and surveillance skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to respond calmly and effectively in emergency situations.
- Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.
Additional Requirements:
- Valid security license.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic first aid and CPR certification is a plus.
