Job Summary:
Universal Security Services is looking for an experienced and proactive Security Operations Supervisor to manage on-site operations and ensure the safety of people, property, and assets.
Note: Candidates must be willing to stay in company-provided accommodation.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily activities of security personnel at assigned sites.
- Ensure operations comply with SIRA, company policies, and legal requirements.
- Create duty rosters and allocate guards efficiently.
- Monitor CCTV and access systems and respond to any security incidents.
- Conduct regular patrols and inspections.
- Train, guide, and discipline security staff as necessary.
- Maintain reports including incident logs and daily activity summaries.
- Coordinate with clients for site-specific needs.
- Ensure guards are in full uniform, well-groomed, and equipped.
- Report serious incidents to senior management immediately.
Requirements:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a supervisory role in security.
- SIRA Supervisor License (Mandatory).
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Familiar with surveillance systems and incident reporting.
- Able to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Must agree to stay in company accommodation.
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary: AED 2,500 – 2,700 per month
