Job Overview:
As a Senior HR Business Partner at Emirates NBD, your role is to serve as a strategic advisor to senior business leaders, driving HR initiatives that align with organizational goals. This role has a broader scope, supporting multiple business units and addressing complex workforce challenges, including organizational design, change management, and advanced talent strategies. The Senior HRBP plays a critical role in shaping and executing HR policies, solving high-impact workforce issues, and leading cross-functional HR projects to support business transformation.

To be successful in this role, you will need the following skills, experience and education:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Certification in HR Strategy, Change Management, or Talent Development (preferred).
- Strong expertise in strategic workforce planning, HR analytics, and business transformation.
- Advanced knowledge of employment law, risk mitigation, and corporate governance.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive coaching skills.
- Experience in large-scale change management and organizational design.
- Proficiency in HR technology, analytics, and digital HR tools.
