About the role
We are looking for a Senior People Business Partner - Commercial to join our Dubai-based Talent & Culture team. In this individual contributor role, you will serve as a strategic advisor to multiple business leaders across our platform, supporting them with organizational effectiveness, people strategy, and talent development. You will partner closely with centers of excellence (e.g. Talent Acquisition, Rewards, L&D) to deliver people solutions that enable both business and colleague success.
What you’ll do
- Serve as a strategic thought partner to business leaders across assigned verticals/functions
- Translate business needs into impactful people strategies and solutions
- Lead organizational design and workforce planning initiatives
- Partner with leaders and teams to foster a high-performance, feedback-rich culture
- Use data and insights to influence decisions and continuously improve people practices
- Support performance management, talent reviews, and succession planning
- Navigate change management processes and advise on org health
- Collaborate with global People CoEs to deploy relevant programs and policies
What you’ll need
- 8+ years of progressive experience in HR, with at least 5 years as a business partner
- Experience supporting high-growth commercial teams preferred
- Strong understanding of org development, performance management, and talent strategy
- Excellent interpersonal, consulting, and stakeholder management skills
- Comfort with ambiguity and ability to operate in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
- Data fluency and ability to draw insights from HR and business metrics
- Bachelor's / Master’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field; HR certification is a plus
