Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Showroom Sales Executive with experience in sales to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong sales and interpersonal skills, a passion for design and architecture, and the ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages. You will play a key role in engaging with clients, showcasing our product range, and delivering an exceptional showroom experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greeting and assist walk-in clients and customers in the showroom
- Present and demonstrate architectural product offerings
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions
- Prepare quotations, follow up on inquiries, and close sales effectively
- Maintain showroom cleanliness, product displays, and inventory
- Collaborate with architects, interior designers, contractors, and consultants
- Track customer preferences and provide feedback to the marketing and product teams
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Requirements:
- Proven experience in showroom or field sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Multilingual proficiency preferred
- Basic understanding of architecture, interior design, or construction practices
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
- Strong negotiation and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Professional appearance and a positive attitude
Preferred Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field
- Experience working in real estate or interior design
- Local market knowledge
