Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Showroom Sales Manager with a strong background in architectural products and solutions. This role involves leading day-to-day showroom operations, managing a team of sales professionals, and driving revenue growth by delivering exceptional customer service and technical product expertise. The ideal candidate will possess a strong network within the architectural and design community in the UAE.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Customer Engagement
- Lead all showroom sales activities and ensure sales targets are met or exceeded.
- Provide expert product recommendations to architects, consultants, interior designers, and walk-in clients.
- Maintain up-to-date and in-depth knowledge of architectural products, including facades, cladding, doors, windows, flooring, and interior finishes.
Team Management
- Supervise, support, and mentor the showroom sales team to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Conduct regular training sessions on new products, technical specs, and effective sales techniques.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and sustain relationships with architectural firms, design consultants, and project managers.
- Organize and host product presentations, showroom tours, and technical demonstrations for key stakeholders.
Showroom Operations
- Oversee showroom appearance, visual merchandising, cleanliness, and layout to enhance customer experience.
- Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with logistics and procurement teams for effective stock management.
Reporting & Strategy
- Track and report on sales performance, customer feedback, and competitive trends.
- Work with the marketing team to plan in-store promotions, events, and seasonal campaigns.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a managerial role within the architectural or building materials industry.
- Strong professional network and proven success working with architects, designers, and contractors in the UAE market.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
