Role: Customer Experience Assistant - Showroom
Location: Dubai, UAE, Kia Flagship Building
Salary: up to 4000 AED per month + annual performance-based bonus

Corston UAE launched in December 2024, and we are now seeking a customer service and showroom assistant to join our team in our new showroom located at the KIA Flagship Building in Al Quoz.
The role
As the Showroom and Customer Experience Assistant at Corston, you will provide best-in-class service for our Trade (B2B) and Retail (B2C) customers, implementing the store customer service and sales strategy.
We are seeking a sales and customer service professional with high energy who can hit the ground running and is ready to develop and grow Corston UAE.
Your responsibilities (Showroom)
· Act as the first point of contact: answer calls and greet visitors
· Provide pre-sales advice and support after sales enquiries
· Meet with customers and build long-term relationships
· Follow up and communicate with visitors in a timely manner
· Process sample requests
· Approve trade applications
· Coordinate day-to-day store operations
· Prepare quotes and assist in quote follow-ups, maintaining an accurate sales pipeline
· Support drive awareness of Corston UAE via email and telephone
Your skills, qualities and experience
· Fluent English and Arabic
· Excellent verbal and written skills
· Minimum 1 year of customer service & sales experience
· The ability to build strong relationships
· Highly task and KPI driven
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED216,000.00 per year
