Job Title: Showroom Sales Manager – Architectural Products

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Showroom Sales Manager with a strong background in architectural products and solutions. This role is responsible for overseeing daily operations of the showroom, managing a team of sales staff, building relationships with architects, interior designers, and contractors, and driving sales growth through superior customer service and technical product knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Customer Engagement
- Lead and manage all showroom sales activities, ensuring targets are consistently met or exceeded.
- Provide expert guidance and product recommendations to architects, consultants, designers, and walk-in clients.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge, especially regarding architectural materials (e.g., facades, cladding, doors, windows, flooring, or interior finishes).
Team Management
- Supervise and mentor showroom staff to ensure excellent customer service and performance.
- Train the team on new products, technical specifications, and sales techniques.
Client Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients including architectural firms, design consultants, and project managers.
- Host presentations and product demonstrations for project stakeholders.
Showroom Operations
- Oversee merchandising, cleanliness, and display layout to ensure a premium customer experience.
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate with the logistics and procurement teams for stock planning.
Reporting & Strategy
- Monitor and report on sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan in-store promotions, events, and campaigns.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a managerial role in the architectural or building materials sector.
- Strong network and proven track record in dealing with architects, interior designers, and contractors in the UAE.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in CRM systems and MS Office.
- Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage).

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
