We are seeking a Showroom Sales Manager with a passion for design and an eye for detail to lead our showroom operations in the UAE. This role blends sales leadership, customer relationship management, and design consultation, requiring a dynamic professional who can create exceptional client experiences while driving business growth in the architecture, design, and engineering sectors.
Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development
- Achieve and exceed showroom sales targets by delivering tailored design solutions to clients.
- Develop and execute strategies to attract walk-in and corporate clientele.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities based on customer needs and project specifications.
Showroom Management
- Oversee daily operations of the showroom to ensure it is visually appealing, organized, and stocked with the latest collections and materials.
- Ensure all displays reflect brand identity and industry trends in architecture and design.
- Manage stock levels, product rotation, and supplier coordination.
Team Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and train the showroom sales team to ensure high performance and professional development.
- Set sales targets, monitor performance, and implement improvement initiatives.
Client Relations & Project Support
- Greet and consult clients, understanding their needs to provide personalized design and product recommendations.
- Build long-term relationships with architects, designers, contractors, and end clients.
- Coordinate with design and technical teams to ensure accurate information and smooth project follow-ups.
Reporting & Strategy
- Analyze sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to drive improvements.
- Prepare regular reports on performance metrics, customer insights, and inventory status.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in showroom sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role, preferably in architecture/design/engineering-related products or services.
- Strong knowledge of interior design products, materials, and architectural finishes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate a sales team with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and POS systems; experience with design software is a plus.
- Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage).
