Zaya Zuha Island is seeking a talented and experienced Site Architect to join our dynamic project team. This role is critical in ensuring the successful execution of architectural elements on-site while maintaining Zaya’s high standards of quality, design, and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage all architectural site works in line with approved drawings and design intent.
- Ensure high standards of execution and quality control on-site.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, MEP teams, and other disciplines to resolve site-related challenges.
- Review and approve architectural shop drawings, materials, and mock-ups.
- Monitor site progress and provide regular reports to the Project Manager.
- Ensure adherence to relevant building codes, safety regulations, and project timelines.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural site supervision, preferably in luxury or island developments.
- Strong knowledge of local building codes and construction practices.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and MS Office.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
