Key Responsibilities
- Interpret architectural drawings and specifications, ensuring compliance on site.
- Supervise architectural finishes and coordinate with civil, MEP, and structural teams.
- Inspect and approve materials, mock-ups, and workmanship.
- Provide technical guidance to site teams regarding architectural details.
- Identify and resolve design discrepancies with consultants.
- Ensure works are executed as per quality standards and project timelines.
- Prepare daily site reports and coordinate progress with the project manager.
- Monitor adherence to health, safety, and environmental guidelines.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
- Minimum 2–7 years of experience in site supervision, preferably with a contracting/developer company.
- Strong knowledge of architectural finishes, detailing, and material standards.
- Ability to read and coordinate multidisciplinary drawings.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
