We're looking for a well experienced Site Supervisor (Fit-Out) with at least 6 years of experience in the same field.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Supervising experience in Fit-Out interior works ( Site).
- Knowledge of drawings and implementing to site.
- Inspecting construction sites regularly to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards.
- Supervising and instructing the construction team as well as subordinates.
- Educating site workers on construction safety regulations and accidental protocol.
- Enforcing site safety rules to minimize work related accidents and injuries.
- Handling site accident in accordance with established accident protocol.
- Maintaining an accurate record of construction employee attendance.
- Evaluating the performance of construction employees and instituting disciplinary measures as needed.
- Analyzing blueprints to ensure that construction projects meet design, safety and budget specifications.
- Must have a working knowledge of MEP, Civil, Architectural and Interior.
- Recommending changes to construction operations or procedures to increase efficiency.
Requirements:
- Age Required: 30 to 45 years
- Bachelor's degree in "Civil Eng". or related field is required.
- proven working experience as a site supervisor.
- Sound knowledge of building codes and construction safety regulations.
- Working knowledge of construction tools and equipment.
- Knowledge in Interior Designing/joinery/Fit Out industry.
- Self -reliance and ability in #AutoCAD and #Microsoft office.
- Outstanding #leadership skills.
- Strong analytical and problem -solving skills.
- Excellent in English written and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations in construction.
- With valid UAE Driving License.
- Can join immediately.

Salary: AED6,000-AED8,000 per month (Depending on Experience).
