Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Site Supervisor at Rady Interior. The Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating daily activities at FITOUT sites, managing on-site workers and subcontractors, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards, and maintaining effective communication with project managers and clients. The role requires strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications
- Experience in site supervision, FITOUT management, or a related field
- Knowledge of construction processes, codes, and regulations
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Knowledge of quality control procedures and techniques
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
