We are currently looking for a skilled and dedicated Site Supervisor Engineer to join our team for high-end interior fit-out projects in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate must have at least 5 years of experience in the fit-out industry and be currently based in Abu Dhabi.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage daily site activities to ensure timely and quality execution of fit-out works
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project managers
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements
- Prepare and maintain site reports, progress updates, and material requests
- Resolve any on-site issues or delays in coordination with the project team
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure work is progressing as per approved drawings and schedule
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in fit-out projects, preferably in the UAE
- Proven ability to handle multiple projects and deliver under tight deadlines
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Must be currently based in Abu Dhabi and familiar with local regulations and site conditions

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
