Job Summary
Cleritbiz Business Solutions is seeking a results-driven and innovative Social Media Manager with extensive experience in the business setup and corporate services industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of lead generation, performance marketing, and multi-channel strategy to drive client acquisition across Mainland, Freezone, and Offshore business formations in the UAE and international markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute high-performing, ROI-focused marketing strategies tailored to the business formation sector.
- Lead digital campaigns across platforms (Meta, Google, LinkedIn) supporting company formation, visa services, PRO solutions, and advisory.
- Scale lead generation efforts to significantly boost Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) while reducing CPL by up to 60%.
- Manage and optimize annual marketing budget to ensure performance excellence and cost-efficiency.
- Launch and manage Google Ads, SEO, and retargeting strategies that deliver 70%+ sales growth and 28%+ conversion from paid ads.
- Create targeted campaigns for SMEs, entrepreneurs, and international investors exploring UAE market entry.
- Collaborate with media platforms such as Gulf News and Arabian Business to amplify brand visibility.
- Align closely with the sales team to drive MQL-to-SQL conversion effectiveness.
- Lead and manage a cross-functional team of content creators, digital marketers, and designers.
- Stay updated on market trends, policy updates, and competitor strategies in the Freezone and Mainland sectors.
- Drive brand authority through webinars, PR campaigns, case studies, and thought leadership content.

Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in marketing within the UAE business setup/corporate services sector.
- Strong knowledge of UAE Freezone, Mainland (DED), and Offshore company formation models.
- Proven expertise in Google Ads, SEO, paid social, and analytics tools.
- Deep understanding of B2B funnels and customer acquisition strategies.
- Strong leadership, team management, and cross-department collaboration skills.
- Experience in CRM and marketing automation tools is a plus.
