Hiring: Marketing Executive – Travel & Visa Services (Dubai-Based)
Arabian Flower Tourism LLC – a fast-growing travel and visa services company based in Dubai – is hiring a Marketing Executive with solid experience. We are not offering training – we need someone who can start working independently from Day 1.
What You Must Be Good At: Content Creation & Social Media Management
- Creating Instagram posts and stories (Reels, carousels, highlights, etc.)
- Writing strong, engaging captions and call-to-actions (CTAs)
- Keeping up with trends on Instagram and TikTok
- Managing a monthly content calendar
Video Editing & Graphic Design
- Skilled in Canva, CapCut, or similar tools
- Creating short, trendy Reels for travel services (e.g., Schengen Visa, UAE Packages)
- Visual storytelling that generates leads and engagement
Running Paid Campaigns
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager
- Creating and managing Lead Generation Ads (with WhatsApp/Messenger integration)
- Analyzing results and optimizing campaigns to increase ROI
CRM & Automation
- Experience with ManyChat, Zoho, or other CRM/chat tools
- Managing incoming leads and follow-up flows
- Familiarity with WhatsApp Business API and Instagram DM automation
Web & SEO (Bonus)
- Working knowledge of WordPress
- Understanding basic SEO principles (on-page SEO, titles, descriptions, etc.)
Who You Are:
- Creative but focused on results (sales, engagement, conversion)
- Detail-oriented, fast, and accountable
- Able to handle tasks without constant supervision
- Experience in travel industry is a strong advantage
Experience Required
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in digital marketing, social media, or content creation
- Must be able to show portfolio or real work samples
- Candidates without experience will not be considered
