Job Summary:
We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Marketing Manager to lead our social media initiatives across multiple platforms. This role will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing strategies that grow our brand presence, engage our audience, and drive traffic and conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with overall marketing goals.
- Manage day-to-day operations of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, X/Twitter, YouTube, etc.).
- Create, curate, and schedule engaging content (text, images, video, and stories).
- Monitor trends, track engagement metrics, and analyze performance to optimize content.
- Collaborate with content creators, designers, and influencers.
- Plan and execute paid social campaigns and boost organic posts when appropriate.
- Respond to comments and DMs, fostering community engagement and brand loyalty.
- Stay current on best practices and emerging platforms to ensure a competitive edge.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2–5 years of experience managing social media accounts for a brand or agency.
- Proven experience with social media analytics and tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Sprout Social, Hootsuite).
- Strong understanding of SEO, paid social, and influencer marketing.
