✔ Minimum 5 years of experience in Asian and Sushi cuisine
✔ Male candidate, aged 40 years below
✔ Strong knowledge of traditional and modern sushi techniques
✔ Ability to manage kitchen operations and ensure high-quality food standards
✔ Expertise in ingredient sourcing, preparation, and presentation
