We are looking for a skilled and motivated Sous Chef to join our team. The Sous Chef will assist the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations, supervise staff, and ensure the highest standards of food quality and safety.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Head Chef in managing kitchen operations
- Supervise and train kitchen staff
- Maintain food quality, presentation, and hygiene standards
- Assist in menu planning, inventory control, and cost management
- Lead the kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and food safety
- Leadership and team management skills
- Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure
