Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming stock.
- Organize and store items in an orderly and accessible manner.
- Issue materials based on approved requisitions and update inventory records.
- Maintain accurate records of stock levels and perform regular stock counts.
- Coordinate with the procurement and operations team for timely replenishment.
- Ensure cleanliness and safety of the store area.
- Assist in preparing reports related to inventory and stock movements.
- Monitor expiry dates, damages, or discrepancies and report them immediately.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in logistics or inventory management is a plus.
- Proven experience as a storekeeper, warehouse assistant, or similar role.
- Basic knowledge of inventory software or ERP systems is an advantage.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling records.
- Physically fit and able to lift and move stock when needed.
