Job Summary
We are seeking a forward-thinking, results-driven Strategic HR Manager to lead the design and execution of human capital strategies that support our organization's long-term goals. This role combines strategic insight with operational excellence and requires a proven ability to drive organizational transformation through data-driven decision-making and influential leadership.
As a strategic partner to senior leadership, you will guide initiatives in workforce planning, talent development, organizational design, and cultural transformation.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Alignment
- Design and implement HR strategies aligned with company mission, vision, and strategic objectives.
- Integrate HR initiatives with organizational priorities such as succession planning and strategic talent alignment.
- Use workforce analytics to support planning and decision-making.
Talent Management & Development
- Lead comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top-tier professionals.
- Drive performance management, leadership development, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Identify and nurture high-potential employees for future leadership roles.
Organizational Development
- Lead change management initiatives that align with evolving business needs.
- Conduct organizational assessments to recommend structural or cultural improvements.
- Improve organizational agility and overall effectiveness.
Employee Relations & Culture
- Promote an inclusive, high-performance culture grounded in company values.
- Provide expert guidance on conflict resolution, employee relations, and compliance issues.
- Partner with leadership to enhance team dynamics and employee experiences.
Data-Driven HR Practices
- Leverage HR metrics and analytics to inform strategic decisions and monitor HR effectiveness.
- Stay up to date on trends, tools, and innovations in HR to foster continuous improvement.
Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure all HR practices comply with labor laws, ethical standards, and internal policies.
- Support risk mitigation and continuity planning through comprehensive workforce strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- HR certification preferred (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR).
- 15+ years of progressive HR experience, including 5+ years in a strategic leadership role.
- Proven track record in strategic planning, change management, and talent development.
- In-depth knowledge of labor regulations and current HR best practices.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to influence executive stakeholders and lead cross-functional initiatives.
- Proficient with HRIS systems and HR analytics tools.
