Studio Manager – F45 (Full-Time)
We are looking for a driven and energetic Studio Manager to lead operations at F45 Training. This role is ideal for someone passionate about fitness, community, and team leadership, with strong skills in sales, social media, and member engagement.
What you’ll do:
- Oversee day-to-day studio operations and ensure the highest training standards.
- Manage staff recruitment, onboarding, and development.
- Drive sales: lead conversion, trial sign-ups, membership renewals, and reactivation.
- Create engaging social media content and manage studio marketing campaigns.
- Organize member events, F45 challenges, and community initiatives.
- Deliver accurate reporting, revenue forecasting, and monthly KPIs.
- Build strong partnerships with local businesses and sponsors.

- Proven experience in fitness, in a customer-focused management position.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Sales-driven with a track record of meeting targets.
- Confident with social media, community engagement, and marketing.
