About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and passionate QSR Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of proven experience in quick service restaurant supervision, with expertise in Asian cuisine operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth workflow and high service standards.
- Supervise, train, and motivate staff to deliver excellent customer service.
- Maintain food quality, hygiene, and safety standards.
- Monitor inventory, control wastage, and ensure cost efficiency.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience as a QSR Supervisor specializing in Asian cuisine.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage a fast-paced work environment.
- Age between 30–38 years.
- Available to join by 15th August 2025.
