Urgently hiring for a Multi-Trade Supervisor will Perform a wide range of construction tasks across different trades, also a hands-on leader who oversees teams performing various maintenance and repair tasks across multiple trades—think plumbing, carpentry, electrical, painting, and more.
Core Responsibilities
- Supervise multi-skilled teams across different trades
- Plan and assign work orders, ensuring timely and high-quality completion
- Inspect work sites for safety, quality, and compliance with regulations
- Train and mentor staff, including apprentices and junior workers
- Manage materials and tools, including procurement and inventory
- Coordinate with clients and residents to ensure satisfaction and clear communication
- Prepare reports and documentation on job progress, costs, and team performance
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong knowledge across multiple trades (e.g., plumbing, carpentry, electrics)
- Leadership and communication skills to manage teams and liaise with stakeholders
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations
- Often requires a trade qualification and several years of supervisory experience
- A valid driver’s license will be preference and flexibility to travel between sites
- Only UAE based and UAE experience candidates
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
