Sushi Chef

We are seeking a skilled and creative Sushi Chef to join our culinary team and lead the preparation of high-quality sushi dishes. The ideal candidate has deep knowledge of traditional Japanese techniques, exceptional knife skills, and a passion for fresh, premium ingredients. The Sushi Chef will be responsible for menu execution, food safety, and ensuring an exceptional culinary experience for guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare a variety of sushi including nigiri, sashimi, maki, uramaki, and specialty rolls with precision and creativity.
• Ensure all sushi and ingredients meet high-quality standards and food safety regulations.
• Monitor inventory and place orders for fish, vegetables, and other necessary ingredients.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Sushi Chef or similar role (minimum 2 years preferred).
• Strong knowledge of sushi types, techniques, and safe handling of raw fish.
• Excellent knife skills and attention to detail.
