Responsibilities:
- Execute the preparation and presentation of high-quality sushi dishes in line with Leen’s standards.
- Ensure consistency in taste, texture, and presentation of sushi items.
- monitor kitchen staff in sushi preparation techniques and best practices.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to hygiene and safety standards.
- Assist in inventory management, ordering, and quality control of ingredients.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sushi Chef or similar role
- Culinary degree or relevant certification preferred.
- Strong knowledge of sushi techniques, ingredients, and presentation
- Creative flair with a passion for exploring new flavors and culinary trends.
- Ability to work in a high-paced environment and maintain composure under pressure.
- Excellent communication and Team Player skills
- A commitment to quality and attention to detail
- Locally available candidate will be highly preferred.
