Qualifications/Requirements
Education:
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration or in Engineering
Experience: Minimum of 3 years’ experience in procurement and purchasing within the MEP or construction field, preferably gained in the candidate’s home country.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Familiarity with ERP or procurement software is an advantage.
Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with vendors and internal departments.
Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple purchase orders, track deliveries, and maintain accurate records.
Analytical Skills: Basic understanding of pricing, quotations, and cost comparisons.
Interpersonal Skills: Team-oriented, proactive, and able to build positive relationships with suppliers and colleagues.
Other Requirements:
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Integrity and ability to handle confidential information responsibly.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
