We are now hiring a Talent Acquisition Manager who has experience in agency recruiting for IT and Cybersecurity roles, especially within the Middle East market . Strong vendor management and client stakeholder engagement experience is essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for IT and Cybersecurity positions across the Middle East region.
- Partner with hiring managers and clients to define job requirements, candidate profiles, and hiring strategies.
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates using a variety of sourcing methods, including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and recruitment agencies.
- Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies, negotiate terms, and ensure SLAs are met.
- Drive recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality-of-hire).
- Conduct structured interviews and ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the process.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends and talent availability in the IT and Cybersecurity domains.
- Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for key technology and security roles.
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment with workforce planning needs.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with a strong focus on agency-side recruitment in IT and Cybersecurity domains.
- Proven experience recruiting in the Middle East region , particularly GCC countries (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, etc.).
- Solid vendor and agency management experience, including negotiating contracts, managing performance, and building long-term partnerships.
- In-depth understanding of technical roles such as network security, cloud engineering, threat intelligence, DevSecOps, and related domains.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client requirements in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub sourcing, Boolean search techniques).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior in-house TA experience is a plus, especially working within MSP/RPO models.
- Arabic language proficiency is a plus but not required.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Technology, or a related field.
