We are urgently looking for Team Lead HSE for one of our PMC projects.
Qualification Required
- The candidates should have Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
Responsibilities
- Lead HSE planning and execution across offshore sites, including artificial islands, platforms, and subsea systems.
- Develop and implement HSE policies, risk assessments, and emergency response plans.
- Conduct audits, inspections, and incident investigations, ensuring corrective actions are tracked and closed.
- Interface with client representatives, regulatory bodies, and EPC contractors to ensure alignment with project HSE goals.
- Mentor and supervise HSE officers and engineers, fostering a proactive safety culture.
- Ensure compliance with ADNOC and international standards (e.g., ISO 45001, ISO 14001, OSHA, NEBOSH).
Experience Required
- Minimum 15–20+ years of HSE experience in oil & gas, with 8+ years in offshore leadership roles.
- Offshore certifications (e.g., BOSIET, HUET) and NEBOSH IGC or equivalent are mandatory.
- Proven track record in managing HSE for mega EPC projects, shutdowns, and brownfield upgrades
- PMC experience will be preferred
- Previous experience in the ADNOC projects in the similar role would be an added advantage
