Key Responsibilities
- Leadership & Team Management
- Supervise and coordinate Amer service agents to ensure smooth daily operations, manage queue flow, and maintain high productivity standards. TrabajoGlassdoor

- Performance & Reporting

Desirable Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field. Glassdoor
- Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience—preferably within Amer Centers or government service contexts. TrabajoGlassdoor
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
- Familiarity with Dubai government procedures and immigration regulations is highly advantageous. TrabajoGlassdoor
- Proficiency in computer applications and office systems.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED6,500.00 per month
