We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Joiner to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for constructing, installing, repairing, and maintaining wooden structures and fittings, either on-site or in the workshop. You will work from technical drawings and specifications to deliver high-quality joinery work on time and to specification.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interpret architectural drawings, client briefs, and design intent into detailed workshop drawings.
- Create accurate 2D/3D CAD models and technical drawings for production, including cutting lists, material specifications, and hardware integration.
- Develop joinery details for custom furniture, cabinetry, doors, wall paneling, staircases, and other bespoke woodwork.
- Ensure all detailing complies with manufacturing constraints, industry standards, and health and safety requirements.
- Liaise with architects, designers, project managers, and production staff to resolve technical issues and provide practical solutions.
- Conduct site surveys (as needed) to verify measurements and fit.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date drawing records and revisions.
- Assist with value engineering and optimizing materials and manufacturing efficiency.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
