Key Responsibilities:
- Develop construction plans, blueprints, and technical drawings/documents.
- Oversee and manage engineering process in construction projects.
- Analyze and offer technical advice on construction submittals.
- Identify potential issues and implement proactive solutions.
- Serve as the technical subject-matter expert and provide technical escalation support.
- Standardize processes and automate monitoring using relevant technologies.
- Conduct high-level root-cause analysis for project interruptions and establish preventive measures.
- Create and maintain detailed technical documentation.
- Communicate with stakeholders to determine project requirements and provide regular updates.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil /Structural engineering, or a related field.
- Three or more years of experience in a technical role within the construction industry (Industrial projects are advantage).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Up-to-date knowledge of the latest construction technologies and trends.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with construction management software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit).
- Familiarity with Building Information Modelling (BIM) software and practices.
- Proficiency in project management tools and techniques.
- Familiarity with building codes and safety regulations.·
