Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic IT Manager with a strong technical background and excellent leadership skills. The candidate will oversee daily operations, manage a small technical team, and ensure quality project delivery in areas like CCTV, IT infrastructure, software, and support services.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the IT team (Technicians & Support Staff)
- Oversee projects related to CCTV, Access Control, IP Telephony, and IT Networking
- Coordinate software support services and service delivery
- Handle escalated technical issues and provide resolutions
- Support IT sales and project scoping
- Maintain and improve internal SOPs
- Supervise installations, client communication, and after-sales support
- Ensure compliance with timelines and quality standards
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years experience in the UAE IT sector
- Valid UAE Driving License
- Expertise in:
- CCTV (IP & Analog), Access Control
- Telephone systems (PBX, VoIP), IT Networking
- Software Support (basic understanding of ERP/CRM or custom tools)
- Strong team leadership and project management skills
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to AED4,000.00 per month
