Role Overview:
We are looking for a confident and proactive Telecaller to handle outbound calls for two primary functions:
- Recruitment – Calling potential candidates (real estate agents, admins, etc.) to pitch job openings and schedule interviews.
- Inventory Sourcing – Calling property owners and landlords to acquire new listings for rent or sale.
This is a voice-driven role and requires excellent communication skills, persuasion ability, and a basic understanding of real estate operations.
Key Responsibilities:
For Recruitment:
- Make outbound calls to candidates from job portals or internal databases.
- Share job details, screen for interest and suitability.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with internal teams.
- Maintain daily tracker of calls, interest levels, and outcomes.
For Inventory Sourcing:
- Call landlords, property owners, or leads from portals.
- Pitch our brokerage services to onboard their property listings.
- Collect property details and ensure follow-up by the sales team.
- Build and maintain a simple CRM of active and potential landlords.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in telecalling, telesales, or a recruitment coordinator role.
- Good spoken English and Hindi. Arabic is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of Dubai real estate market is a strong advantage.
- Comfortable using CRM, Excel, WhatsApp, and email.
- Persistent, organized, and target-driven.
Compensation:
- Fixed Salary + Incentives (based on number of successful recruits or listings)
- AED 2,500 – 4,000 + incentives
Working Hours:
- Mon–Sat, 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
