Role Overview:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-driven Telecaller (female candidates preferred) with prior experience in real estate. The ideal candidate will play a key role in generating leads, following up with clients, and setting appointments for our sales team. This is an excellent opportunity to grow with a fast-paced luxury real estate brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential leads and clients
- Introduce the company’s services and available property listings
- Maintain and update the CRM with lead details and call notes
- Follow up on inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and email
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with the sales team
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to client queries
- Assist in achieving weekly and monthly lead generation targets
Requirements:
- Female candidates preferred due to team composition
- Languages - Fluency in English Urdu and Hindi are mandatory
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in real estate telecalling or similar role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with outbound calling and follow-ups
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
- Immediate availability is highly preferred
- Positive attitude, team player, and goal-oriented
