Job Title: Tele sales Executive – Real Estate
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Tele sales Executive to join our sales team and help expand our client base through effective communication and lead generation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients to promote our real estate services and property listings.
- Handle inbound inquiries from potential buyers, sellers, and tenants.
- Maintain a database of leads, update client records, and track all sales activities.
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Follow up with potential leads through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by management.
- Provide feedback on market trends, client needs, and sales opportunities.
- Work closely with the marketing team to optimize lead conversion.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar role (real estate experience preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
- Multilingual is preferred
