Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and persuasive Telesales Agent to join our dynamic real estate sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective clients, generating leads, scheduling appointments for property viewings, and providing essential information about available real estate listings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients from provided databases and cold leads.
- Explain property features, pricing, and availability to clients in a clear and convincing manner.
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales agents or property viewings.
- Follow up with clients to maintain engagement and ensure satisfaction.
- Meet or exceed daily and monthly targets for calls, leads, and conversions.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to align on campaigns and property listings.
- Handle basic inquiries and redirect complex queries to appropriate team members.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in telesales, preferably in real estate or a similar sales environment.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Confident, self-motivated, and target-driven.
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or related field is a plus.
