Job Description:
Xyvin Technologies Pvt Ltd is hiring a part-time female telecaller who is fluent in Hindi and English for a remote work-from-home position. This role is ideal for someone passionate about communication and sales, with a goal-oriented mindset.
The candidate will be responsible for making outbound sales calls and handling inbound inquiries, playing a key role in customer engagement and lead conversion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential leads and introduce the company's services.
- Clearly explain product/service offerings and answer customer queries.
- Maintain accurate call logs and update customer databases.
- Follow up with interested leads and assist in closing sales.
- Meet daily and weekly calling and performance targets.
Requirements:
- Female candidates only.
- Must be fluent in Hindi and English (spoken).
- Should be based in UAE or familiar with the UAE customer base.
- Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service preferred.
- Must have access to a mobile phone/laptop and a stable internet connection.
- Should possess strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and self-motivation to work independently.
Compensation & Growth:
- Commission-based: 10–15% on every successful sale closed.
- Performance-based growth: Candidates with excellent performance in the first 6 months will be considered for a permanent role.
- A passion for sales and proactive communication is a must.
