The Tele Sales Executive for Automotive Industry will be responsible for contacting potential customers via telephone to promote and sell the company's products or services. This role requires strong communication and sales skills, a proactive approach to lead generation and follow-up, and the ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads and sales.
- Clearly explain product/service offerings and answer customer queries.
- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Follow up with interested leads and assist in closing sales.
- Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in tele sales or telemarketing is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English (Arabic or Hindi is a plus).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
