We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, explaining our products/services, and closing sales over the phone. You will play a key role in achieving our customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from a provided database or leads.
- Present and promote products/services using persuasive communication.
- Follow a prepared sales script to provide accurate information and handle objections.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products/services.
- Close sales and achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and outcomes in the CRM system.
- Follow up with customers for feedback and future sales opportunities.
- Handle inbound inquiries and resolve customer concerns or refer to the appropriate department.
- Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar sales/customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to persuade and influence others.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or marketing is a plus.
- Fluency in [Language/s].
