- Make outbound calls to prospective SME clients to promote and sell DU's mobile, fixed-line, internet, and business solutions.
- Understand customer requirements and offer suitable DU products that match their business needs.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs as assigned.
- Follow up with leads, handle objections, and close sales efficiently.
- Provide exceptional customer service to build strong relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
- Stay updated with DU’s latest offers, plans, and services.
- Coordinate with the sales support and field sales teams for smooth order processing and activation.
- Adhere to compliance and regulatory guidelines set by DU and TRA.
