Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct Market research to identify new business
- Develop and implement strategies
- Handle daily admin tasks, emails & reports
- Make inbound and outbound sales calls and follow-ups
- Maintain client records and databases
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers
- Engage in quotation discussions with clients, providing product details and pricing.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 years of experience in freight forwarding industry
- Fluent in English (spoken & written)
- Based in Dubai with good knowledge of the local market.
- Knowledge of Air, Sea & Land freight
- Strong communication, negotiation & presentation skills
- Existing client network in the UAE
- Basic computer & MS Office skills
- Prior admin or telesales experience
