Job Description:
We are hiring a Telesales Executive with prior experience in the real estate industry, preferably in off-plan sales or telesales. The primary responsibility is to call potential clients and schedule meetings with the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make 150+ outbound calls per day, with at least 60 connected calls
- Contact prospective clients and schedule meetings to present real estate projects
- Work with both local and international leads
- Maintain accurate records of calls and follow-ups
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure proper handover of leads
Requirements:
- Experience in real estate telesales is required (off-plan experience is preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working in a competitive and fast-paced environment
- Flexible with working hours, including evenings, to handle international leads
- Target-driven and self-motivated
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED8,000.00 per month
