We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our dynamic team in promoting and selling credit card products over the phone. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-first approach, and a strong desire to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads or databases.
- Promote and explain features, benefits, and terms of various credit card products.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable credit card options.
- Handle customer objections effectively and persuasively.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company policies during the sales process.
- Maintain detailed records of calls, customer interactions, and sales outcomes using CRM tools.
- Follow up with interested leads and close sales in a timely manner.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Provide high levels of customer service to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar sales role (preferably in financial products or credit cards).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM systems.
Preferred Skills:
- Prior experience in credit card or financial services sales.
- Multilingual abilities (depending on customer base).
- Knowledge of banking regulations and customer data confidentiality.
