Job Description:
iEnglish Language Institute is looking for a motivated and confident Female Telesales Representative to join our Abu Dhabi branch. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential students, introducing our language programs, and guiding them through the enrollment process.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients and leads
- Introduce and explain language programs and offers
- Handle inquiries via phone and WhatsApp
- Follow up with leads and maintain the CRM system
- Achieve individual sales targets and KPIs
- Provide exceptional customer service to prospects and students
Requirements:
- Previous experience in telesales or customer service preferred
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Fluent in English and Arabic
- Ability to handle pressure and meet targets
- Proficient in basic computer applications and CRM systems
- Must be based in Abu Dhabi or willing to commute
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
