Job Summary:
The Telesales Representative will contact potential clients, promote our property listings, generate leads, and schedule appointments for the sales team to close deals. This role is key to expanding our client base and increasing sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospects and follow up on incoming inquiries.
- Clearly present property options and services to potential clients.
- Qualify leads and arrange meetings or property viewings for sales agents.
- Maintain detailed records of calls, leads, and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets.
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to client queries professionally.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure timely follow-up and lead conversion.
Requirements:
- 1 to 3 years experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service roles (real estate experience preferred).
- Strong verbal communication and persuasive skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Target-driven with a positive and resilient attitude.
- Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills.
- Professional phone etiquette and clear speaking voice.
